It was with much sadness that today was our last mums and bubs yoga class as Kate has now got too active and heavy to come any more. I wanted to thank you though and pass on my admiration for what an amazing job Marie does in the class - she is such an asset to your business. As you know we started pre-natal pregnancy yoga prior to Kate being born and it was invaluable. I developed pubic synthesis at 28 weeks and it was only with the techniques that i was learning at yoga that i was getting any relief. Throughout my labour i had my bolster there in the delivery suite and used a lot of the techniques and breathing exercise which was the only thing available to me given i was hooked up to the monitor's and could not actively move about like i had intended. It really was an invaluable set of skills to have on hand at such an emotional time.

Hi Kylie,
Can you pass on the message to Marie that since yesterday morning, I've had practically no pain whatsoever (back pain or nerve irritation) and I haven't even needed any Nurofen! Got to say - she is brilliant - not only is she fixing the existing problem very quickly but she's opening my eyes to a whole new world of looking after myself.

I just wanted to let you know that I have now moved out of the area to Vaucluse - which is too far away to do your pilates classes! I also wanted to say thanks very much for the classes - I found them very thorough and so beneficial!
