About Yoga

Yoga is a way of life that has been around for over 5,000 years old.  It's the most time-tested, powerful method of self-improvement known to man.

Yoga uses mental focus and deep breathing whilst performing special postures (asana). It has been used as a way to open and transform the mind, create space and clarity in your body. The word yoga translates to ‘union’; union of the body, mind, emotions and intellect.
