power yoga
The name Power Yoga says it all. These classes create the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom whilst promoting mental stability and concerntration
iyengar yoga
Gain endurance whilst building a balance between strength and flecibility, developing selfe-awareness through attention to the subtle aspects of your practice. With the use of yoga props such as blocks, belts and chairs to provide support during asanas. Iyengar yoga is all about attention to detail and precise alignment.
hatha yoga
Classes are gentle yet deep practice. You'll leave feeling calm and invigorated with a deep sense of peace. The word Hatha comes from combining the two Sanskrit terms 'HA' meaning sun and 'THA" meaning moon. Traditional hatha yoga is a holistic yogic path, thus producing balance and greater power in each individual.
prenatal yoga
bringing your baby into the world is an incredibly sacred experience. Prepare now by taking the time to empower and nurture yourself. Bond with your unborn child and learn active birthing techniques. This class is open to all 'mums-(and Dads)to-be' experienced or not.
mum + bub yoga
Connect with your new baby and the the other 'new mums' in a nurturing and safe environment. From 6 weeks for a natural birth and 8 weeks for a c-section as well as the 'all clear' from your OBGYN, this class is designed for you and your little one. You’ll learn baby massage techniques, helpful pelvic floor exercises and invaluable birthing information.
kids yoga
A creative approach to yoga that is designed for children whose bodies are still developing. Presented in a fun and creative style, these basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, co-ordination and body awareness whilst the breathing and visualisation techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control.

A great way to get started, prefect for injury rehabilitation or just want to workout at a time that is convenient for you, your instructor will help you identify your needs and goals in your first session and devise a progressive program that’s just right for you. Regardless of level, age or stage of life, offers private (one-on-one) or semi-private (one-on-two) sessions provide the perfect setting to address your individual goals and needs.
You’ll get a great workout, personalized attention, and reap the benefits of a conscientious mind-body activity.
